Routine Immunization Clinics
Immunization Clinics are held twice each month to provide routine immunizations for any Cudahy infant and child up to the age of 18 years. Your baby's shots should start at about two months of age and continue throughout the first two years of life. There is a $20 per person charge for these vaccinations. This charge may be waived as necessary. Certain adult immunizations are also available. Please call 769-2239 X 300 for additional information and cost of vaccine.
