The mission of the Assessor's Office is to prepare the annual assessment roll (the official record of all taxable and exempt property within the City of Cudahy) while providing the best possible service. Assessed values determine the amount of general property tax charged to each property owner, while the information gathered provides a historical record and reference base for municipal operations.

City of Cudahy

As the City of Cudahy’s assessor, we have been contracted to conduct a walk through revaluation to update the records and values for 1/4 of the properties.  Although ¼ of the properties have been chosen for an interior walk through, the entire municipality will be revalued.  Your property has been chosen this year to be updated. The purpose of this is to obtain a proper listing of the rooms and to gather other essential data to make a fair and equitable assessment of your property.  Without proper interior data, we must make certain presumptions and estimates that may not be correct.  In such situations, Accurate Appraisal, LLC cannot be held responsible for incorrect information that may jeopardize an accurate property assessment.  Also, if an interior walk through is refused you could lose the right to appeal the assessment to the Board of Review per Wisconsin Statute 70.47, paragraph 7(aa).

Online scheduling is now available.  Please log on to and click the online scheduling link, then choose the walk through appointment link.  You will be prompted for a password for your municipality, your password is CC10.  If you do not have Internet access, please call Accurate Appraisal, LLC at 1-800-770-3927 and we will be happy to assist you with scheduling your interior walk through appointment.  The walk through appointments takes approximately 10 minutes.  Please have your name, address, telephone number and parcel number available when making your appointment.
If you are no longer the owner of the property or we have gone through your property and you received this letter in error, please call us 1-800-770-3927 and we’ll update our records.
