Welcome to the Cudahy Municipal Court website. This site has information about general court procedures, trial procedures, appeals and payment options.

Cudahy Municipal Court has jurisdiction in all matters involving violations of City of Cudahy ordinances. An ordinance violation is classified as a civil offense, not a criminal offense.

There are two parties in every action in municipal court.  The judge is not one of the parties.  The parties are the defendant and the City of Cudahy.  The City is represented by the city prosecutor.

Defendants may be represented by an attorney, although the court does not appoint an attorney for them and the City of Cudahy does not pay for a defendant's attorney fees and expenses.

Although this website is intended to provide you with helpful information, you may have additional questions.  Please submit questions in writing to the court or you may contact the clerk of court at (414) 769-2218.
